I truly believe: your breath is your key! As a lawyer, the stress level in my everyday life is pretty high. Finding your work-life balance is difficult?! I feel with you! As a trainer I can show you how to manage stress within your nervous system better and to find your inner self - even within a hectic daily life. By alternating between tension and relaxation, you can train your stamina, which will then turn into long-term performance and health. My name is Ellen Manika (both first names! :) ) I don’t only have more than one first name, I also have several places I call home: I commute back and forth between Berlin, the Baltic Sea, Australia and California. What all these places have in common: I have secret hiding places for love letters (not only for me, of course) , an extra supply of yoga mats (you know never) and the obligatory outdoor shower for mental balance (build one if you don't have one yet and thank me later!).
